Life of Financial Provision

Prosperity is having enough from God to complete God’s instruction, Gods gift, and God’s plan for our lives.

          God’s Method of Providing for You
We normally think that we must work for GOD or give our tithes. It’s much, much more than that.
We try to simplify God’s word by saying;   if we do this God will do that.
Well it’s not as simple as that, no. There is much more than just reading the Bible or just coming to church.
It’s a combination of things from the word of God.

 

Luke 10:1-2 We need to ask the Lord of the Harvest

I Kings 17 – What is your desire from God – One of it - is Finance.

You see – you can go through life with a Crowbar or you can go with a Key.

Hosea 4:6 – Its lack of knowledge that destroys people not the devil – he’s not there.
You see – being a Christian does not make us smart.
Having the anointing – the wisdom of God makes us smart. You might be right but not be bright.
You may have a pure heart but, an empty mind.
You got to learn the Law of God. You can have an experience with God instantly.
But the Wisdom of God is a Process.

Experience with Jesus the Christ is one thing, but, the experience with His Principles is different.
There is a difference between the Law of God and the Life of God.
There’s a difference between the King and the Kingdom.
There’s a difference between having the experience with God and having the expertise of God.
All we need to have  an eternal life to go to heaven - Is to have an experience with Jesus Christ.

But to maintain that experience to succeed in Life
We must have knowledge of His Laws and Principles.

Thousands of people are Born again - everyday.
All they need is an experience with Jesus in order to go to Heaven
But to have Growth – we must have wisdom – must have understanding.
That comes from the Laws of God  in a book called -  Bible.

You see , to go to Heaven you need an experience with Jesus Christ , to have growth you need information of the inspiration to give you revelation and once you got revelation you apply the revelation and then you can expect Visitation of the manifestation.

You see you come to the King first before the Kingdom.
The Kingdom is a place with laws and to succeed - In that place you need to follow its Laws.
To come to South Africa from outside you need a passport.
To succeed in South Africa you need to follow - Its Laws.

In Society we have 3 kinds of people

1.    The 1st kind of people love to tap into the Principles of God for prosperity.

2.    The religious the 2nd kind – they just want an experience with God – nothing else.

3.    BUT it takes both – the experience and the prosperity.
And what are you !!’

God is showing us methods in His word – Methods create opportunity not Greed.
Jer.29:6-7 tells us that when we pray for our Cities & when it prospers – so will you

25 SECRETS TO ABUNDANCE

Mark 12:43  - The widow gave out of her poverty – not Poverty Mentality.

1.    A Crisis is a signal for me to learn not lose.

When Elijah had a crisis God was saying I got more than one method to bless you.
When the brook dried up, God had a plan , but Elijah had to learn something. When the widow woman thought she would eat the last cake and die she had to feed the servant of God –
Why? – Blessings come when you Persevere.
You don’t lose – you learn something and God will pay back.    2 in one

God is saying – develop your faith – take what you have and create what you don’t have.
Taking what God has given you and create what God promised you.
Taking something in your presence (Now) -   and creating something for the future.
What you have is not the Harvest – it’s the Seed for your Harvest.
What you have is not the Result – it’s the Seed to the end of your faith.

2.    It is not a sin to have a need in your life

It is not a sin to have a need . There are seasons of lack, pain, loss, but we must not expect it or entertain it during it arrival, but dwell in & on the information of God’s inspiration to see the revelation of victory.

When prosperity shows up  - lack becomes nil.
When sickness shows up – sickness becomes nil.
When the brook dried up  - God didn’t criticize Elijah, neither did Elijah criticize  the widow for lack.

3.    Your need is an indication to change something in your life.

If we do the same thing we did last year , we receive the same result of last year.
We must develop a God mentality for God result.
When you have a need – you got to change something you are doing. If you keep doing what you are doing,
you will keep getting what you got in the past.
You got to change what you are doing to receive something better in you life.

The Prophet Elijah had to change by leaving the brook – he could not stay there.
The widow had to change what she was doing to create more.
Most people don’t want to change what they are doing.

They still have the need mentality -  rather than the seed mentality.

   4. There is always a reason for your lack.
   
 6 Bible Reason For Poverty:-

1.    Unteachable Spirit Prov. 13:18:-

Poverty and shame will come to those who refuse instructions. Instruction comes from studying and reading. People over 18yrs very seldom read books, unless if they want to. We refuse to be learners – we want to be leaders. You cannot become a leader unless you learn.
You don’t just get a miracle without praying, because you might not respect it.
 
          There is always a miracle in your storm.
Having a miracle – is like owning a loaf of bread –
But to have wisdom and knowledge is like owning a bakery.

You see to find out what you have more off, will be determined by what you spend your money and time more on. We would go to a restaurant once a month to spend ¬ + R60 for a meal – but we will not spend that on a book of wisdom. Our waistline excites us more than our mind for wisdom. We will sit 3 times a day to have our meal, but once a day to read wisdom and God’s word.

2.    Laziness  Proverbs 24:33-34 :-

A friend was stuck without petrol – she said, “God had a reason so that I can witness to the person that gave me a lift”. Now picture this – God sipping petrol from your vehicle so you may witness by getting stuck. I looked at him and said – No, God wanted you to have discipline by stopping at a petrol station, so whilst filling petrol you can witness to the Petrol Attendant.

It amazes me to see how Christians drag their legs to work – work lazily and drag their way to church – They expect God to make them successful or prosperous. God is not only in the making business. He is more, the Director of the Business.
But the secular person does not know this – so he works hard to get prosperous – he does not expect God to get involved in helping him. God on the other hand is waiting for us to be committed to Him so that He may strengthen us 2Chronicles 16:9, in fact when we read Deut.26 – 28 – God says I will bless the work of your hands.

What about my offering, He will bless it - but the work is part of your seed.
We need to work in order to come out of poverty and laziness and into prosperity and success.
It is not about marking yourself - it’s about your seed –
You sow laziness you reap slumber land not LUMBERLAND.
You sow roaming, you reap a toy Ferrari. You sow gossip you reap slandering and evil.

3.    Ignorance – Proverbs 24 : 4, Proverbs 1 : 5. Hosea 4 : 6:-

The importance of knowledge is cheaper than ignorance, because ignorance is costly.
The cheapest thing to do - is THINK, yet thinking brings out the most expensive gift.

4.    Oppressing the Poor – Proverbs 22:16 -22:-

How you treat the poor determines how God will treat you.

5.    Misfortune – 1Kings 17

Misfortune is not a state of life – but just a season in your life. Every changing can tell you of a   season of loss in your life. If you are living in misfortune – its not a season – its ignorance.
Now when you are in misfortune – don’t change your Faith – change your ignorance.

6.    Witholding – Proverbs 11:24-26

Now, what you have in your hand is your harvest. It’s only your seed when you release it or sew it.
Whatever you decide to keep in your hand or life is your harvest.
What you do with it becomes your seed.
You all have, something in your hand – God has something in his hands.
When you let go what is in your hand for God, He will let go what is in His hand - for you.
If you hoard or debate with what your have that is the most you will ever have.
If you sow what you have  - that’s what, you have.
I am not talking about money – I am talking about everything in your life.
You see a seed is anything that you have that will benefit somebody else.
A harvest is everything God has  - that will benefit you.

Now, these are 6 Bible reasons for poverty

Now the 5th point for abundance -
5    God will always vary His method of supply:-

You see, you get to choose your MIRACLE but you don’t get to choose the method.
God has a million ways to make you a millionaire. He chooses the methods.
Your boss may decide on your salary  - but God determines your income.

Your income comes -  is many ways :-
One way God may use the shadow of Peter.
The next - He uses the dipping in Jordan 7 times.
The next – clay and spit to heal the blindness.
All we need to do is stay close to the word. Keep on praying and stay in God’s presence and
ask God whatever is your method of blessing – Bless me with it.
What are your blessing right now LORD,  so I can get in line.
How do you want to bless me this week?  What is your pattern and keep Mark 11:24 in your heart.

      6.There is a special place for my blessing and supply :

God has a special place to bless you. We need to hear from God and not economy.
Notice, God sent Elijah to a brook – this speaks of living water – abundance – but notice he still needed a raven - a one eyed bird to assist him and thereafter the River of Abundance and economy dried up.

Now, notice what God does – He does not send him to the dam or sea of abundance,
but to the widow in Zeraphat. Elijah goes and he is blessed by her. God allowed Elijah to rely on the Widow – so that her needs could be met, by her - blessing the prophet of God. Who ever blesses The Prophet of God, God will - in turn BLESS. Don’t stay where you are if you are stagnant, move and go to the place where God is assigning you to bless you.

Now let me conclude this series by saying, when you move change your thinking to God’s way and   
He will give you guidance and Bless You.

Isn’t it good to know that we have a God who wants to bless us?
All through the Bible in Lev. – Deut. And the New Testament,
financial blessing is a gift from God to us in obedience.

Now it is possible to get financial blessing and be in disobedience –
but God says He will hold back the joy through your disobedience.
Every person has a seed of multiplication  - a craving to do best or be best.
But -  maintaining it without God is impossible.

You see God is a Multiplying God. He always gives and always get.
We should not and cannot rightly stop wanting more – I want more and more of God –
And the fullness of Him – is Prosperity - Isn’t that also prosperity.
So then why do we back out off it?

I heard someone once say, why don’t we be happy with what we have.
Then he asked the people to give for the expansion of his church building.
You cannot ask, why should not we be happy with what we have & then ask someone to sow.
Because – this imply that every one must be happy where they are – except the Pastor or God.

You see God was not happy with what he has.
He is blessing and receiving everyday.
So it’s important to get more but, how you get it is important.

So let us Dig into the 2nd Part of this series.

1Kings 17 – the story about Elijah explains the story.

The man of God said, “Give a portion to me and you will never run our ever” -  

16 seed faith principles.
In Faith God Honors your Seed and gives your harvest – love – prayer.

        7. There is a special place for my blessing and supply:-

If you are where God wants you – you will succeed – if you are not – you will fail.
God said, leave the brook and go. Elijah obeyed and succeeded.

A divine command requires a physical responsibility for success.

        8. God will sometimes remove my visible sources of supply to  
        Maintain my dependency upon Him     

God took away the raven and the Brook to make Elijah to listen to God’s voice.
A man of God is pulling down Heaven to earth – 2Kings 7:1.
When a Man of God is pulling down Heaven to Earth, find out if it for his benefit or yours.
Most of the times, the man of God is pulling down Heaven’s Blessing down to Earth, for the people that God gave him to equip & take care of. Align yourself to him, to receive what he is pulling down.
When you minus the man of God from your life, you sometimes minus the blessings upon your life.
God sometimes uses the illogical and the unlikely to supply My needs

God’s rewards and gold bars will not necessarily arrive in a Limousine or Ferrari. God will use anything and anyone to bless you because of your faithfulness to the King and God and His Prophets.
Remember Abraham’s servant was looking for a wife for Isaac. He prayed to God and said,
“Give me a woman who will tend or take care of the animals.
Now Abraham is wealthy;
so why would he want a daughter – in – law to tend to the animals.

But Rachel when she saw the servant said, “Sir would you like me to water and take care of your camel.
The servant asked and God gave a lovely wife who was prepared to take care of the animals.
Not a wealthy or intelligent woman – but a caring person is a sensitive person. So be ready for anything, because God will bless you any how he desires too. Care -  anticipates the needs and meets it.

            9. I rarely use my faith unless someone makes a demand upon it.

Don’t be intimidated to ask the people to use their faith. Make a demand on it to strengthen them.
God demands that from us – Hebrews 11:6.

You see, the person that makes us use our faith is your best friend. He expands your faith to develop you.
 
           10. It is the responsibility of the Man of God to make a demand
        Upon it – Concerning Faith    

No man will ask the widow woman for her meal.  But, the man of God -  who is aligned to God  - because he wants to expand the faith of the widow woman. You see we often feel hesitant to speak to the poor about finances but on the contrary they need to be spoken to -  to get them rich.
So the poorer you are the faithful you must be with your tithes.

             11. I must respect abundance enough - to ask for it –
         before it comes to me

You must be willing to pursue it because you will not possess what you don’t pursue. You will not win a battle that you are not willing to fight. The proof of desire is pursuing. I get what I want because I go after what I want. Don’t give up. Don’t quit, crumble or cave in, it’s the trick of the enemy.

          12. My faith will be released - the moment my mind focuses on a
          Specific target

That’s why you got to know what you want and be specific. See it – 1Peter 1:9
God asked the blind man, “What do you want me to do for you – I mean he was blind.
But Jesus wanted him to be specific.

          13. God will never ask you for something you do not have :-

Jesus took what the little boy had – bread and fish. If God asked you to do or give him anything you don’t have – You will be the first. God will never ask you for something you do not have , He will always ask you for what you do have & mainly, what you want to keep.

                14. God will always ask me for something I want to keep :-

The rich gives so does the poor. Each one gives according to what they have. But God will ask you for what you want to keep.

15. I already possess abundance in the form of seed :-

Everything I want in my future is - in me - in seed form. You cannot trade your seed for any amount of money - Because its worth more to you than to me.
If I say trade me your sight for a million – ear, mouth, teeth etc.
These are your seed to get more than a million dollar.

You have a great imaginative mind to get more out of it – its seed.
Emotion   -   its seed
Joy            -   its seed
Love          -   its seed

These are seed of abundance. What about your gift and talents – seed to get more.

Do you want to be rare – discover the centre of your expertise and expand on it.
It’s a gift a seed from God.  Focus in it.
The widow woman you would say had nothing , No , she had ability.
She had the ability to attract a man of God. Because she was praying.
She had oil, she had flour. Anointing - from dust to solution. She had focus.

16. My supply for tomorrow can start with whatever is in my
Hand – TODAY

Maybe all you got is 5 Rand or maybe all you got is something in your hand, maybe all you got is friendship. Use what God has given you. Use what you have today to determine your tomorrow.

The widow used what she had then – to receive a blessing later - for her son to be revived and restored.
We need to take an inventory to ask what do I have to give away to bless somebody.

17. God is aware of my resent level of need.:-

He knows what you need. Nobody loves you more than God. If there’s anyone that’s
want you t o succeed  - it’s God. He fearfully & wonderfully designed you – to succeed.

18. Everyone has something to give:-

It may not be as much as others, but, take what you got. It does not matter what it is –
give what you got.

19. The world’s conditions do not control the Christian’s
Supply

God is saying, it doesn’t matter who is in Government.
God will put a miracle in your house. God is not  - Controlled by the world’s system,
nor should you, because God is our source -  not the Government.

20. My expectations affect my supply :-

In other words stop thinking about poverty and get your mind on prosperity.
Stop thinking about seed and get your mind on harvest because poverty is little  - prosperity is more.
Seed is little – Harvest is more.
In other words I cannot change what’s in your hand, but, I got to change what’s in your head.

                21. My Consecutive giving creates  a Consecutive harvest :-

Give ongoing to receive ongoing.
Not only on Sunday, everyday to be a blessing and to receive.
Don’t give when you feel like it; give always even when you don’t feel like.

What follows after sewing , waiting then reaping.

Now the reason for sewing all the time is when I am waiting for yesterday sewing the other days reaping shows up. Now the bigger the miracle the longer the waiting – the bigger the sewing.
The smaller a miracle – the shorter the wait – the smaller the sewing.

                          22. God expects me to give with an expectation to receive :-

We were taught that it is greedy to expect. We were told not to expect , just give.

Mk.11:24 When you pray believe in it and it will be yours.
Giving is an act of labour through worship and prayer.
When you sew a seed you expect it to grow. When you sew a prayer you expect it to grow.
When you don’t expect or not expecting – when it shows up  -
It’s anyone’s - because you do not expect it.

Genesis says,  seed time and harvest time endures forever.
You see, when you expect after you sew –   That’s faith.
Faith is the word of God used in sewing into your spirit by reading, writing, studying etc. When you need to use or receive it – you call it out from the inside of you – that - what you sewed you expect it to work.

It pleases God to bless you because Satan is not scared of your seed.
He fears your harvest but doesn’t fear your  giving. He fears your receiving from God.
That’s why God say’s Mal.3 : Test me and see I will bless you. Why?-

Because Satan confuses the believer - where to give and how not to give.
Why you should not give because he knows your receiving and harvest is more a threat to him than your seed or giving. Also by you receiving from God, will prove to you that God exists and He is El Shaddai

God expects us to have the God kind of Faith, Not Faith in God only.
Having the God Kind of Faith, means, LIKE GOD believes in everything He says & receives, God expects us to BELIEVE in everything we say that God said - that is in the inside of us. So that when we speak it out, we must believe in it, so that when it leaves our mouth –
it will not return void, BUT accomplish the desire of our hearts.

              23. My reaction to a Man of God in need determines how God  
              Will react to me when I am in need

God’s instruments and mouth piece on earth is the gift to the church –
“The Man of God and 5 fold Ministry”.
These people are called by God, Anointed by God through His children, called saints of God.

It amazes me to see how many people come to church to be blessed, call the man of God to pray for them
but does not sew a dime in his or her life.
Why? – because God must pay him – you are right  -
God does keep him and pay him, but through willing and obedient saints.
“If you are willing and obedient you will eat the best in the land.” Ish.1:19.

Now I look for support and get it, it’s good. But, I will not expect support from anyone who does not sew into their own storehouse. I will correct them. Sew first into your storehouse then into a Man of God’s life.
Now - sewing into a Servant of God’s  life is not,  for his debt to be met.  No, but to bless him.
In other words if he is a debtor don’t sew into his life because he is in a debt.
Sew because you want to bless him.
Perceive and say, know that he is a holy man of God and demand from that Anointing that he carries.

                       24. Your supply depends on what You do :-

Your future is in your sewing. Now, you may say, but I am poor I cannot sew.
But when you are sick –You still go to a doctor, whom you are seeking to get your healing.
NOTICE - you are poor – but you still go to the doctor to spend money and get better.
When you are poor – sew what you have of the little and you will receive to get Rich and More.

               25.When you let go of what you have in your hands God will
               Let go of what is in His hand

When you let go of what is in your hand, God will open the windws of heaven to bless
you and let go off What’s in His hand.
Now if you keep your hands closed, the windows in heaven are also closed against you.

You see  - you cannot dig the ground  and sew in nothing and expect blessing.
When you dig the ground and sew nothing, then you receive nothing but most of the entire hole becomes a trap for you to trip in. In other words you have the word in your heart - your ground, but refuse to sew in it.

That’s head knowledge not heart knowledge. Your head knowledge will puff you up, you will fall.
Your heart knowledge will lift you up and you will soar/glide.

Family.
Today and everyday
become a sewer - and receive.
Don’t avoid taking up offerings because you will cheat people of a blessing.
Bless them always, let them see God.

I declare from this day on
You & Your Family
Would walk in the ongoing PROSPERITY of God.
I declare – you will be in constant control of the SUCCESS
That God has Imparted upon you & your Household
So
I declare
Surely, Goodness, Mercy & Prosperity
Will Accompany you & Your Households, All the Days
Of your lives.
& you will be ongoing in the Presence of the LORD
El-Shaddai.
AMEN
