1.    INTEGRITY

Integrity Is The Foundation Upon Which Your Life’s Purpose Is Built.
Prov. 11:3  The integrity of the upright will guide them,  But the perversity of the unfaithful will destroy them.

•    MEDIOCRITY DEFINED:  ORDINARY OR MODERATE QUALITY; BARELY ADEQUATE…
•    A PERSON OF MEDIOCRITY IS A PERSON WHO IS WILLING TO ACCEPT THE ORDINARY BECAUSE THEY ARE UNWILLING TO STAND FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY.

3.    FOCUS
Broken Focus Is The Greatest Enemy of A Leader’s Success

4.    SELF-CONTROL
In Order to Achieve The Future You Desire, You must 1st. Be Willing to Walk Away from Your Present Cravings…

5.    POSITIVE ATTITUDE
Joy Must Become The Attitude Of Choice - Long Before You Know The Outcome Of Your Circumstances
Phil. 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

6.    PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
There Is No Leader Who Continues On The Journey Of Success Who Refuses To Take Responsibility For His Actions

7.    HEALTHY ASSOCIATIONS
For Any Relationship To Be Productive, It Must Have Qualifications
You Will Suffer Both The Consequences And The Rewards Of Those Who Are The Closest To You…
Psa. 1:1 ¶  Blessed is the man  Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,   Nor stands in the path of sinners,   Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
Prov. 13:20  He who walks with wise men will be wise,  But the companion of fools will be destroyed.

Every Meaningful Friendship MUST be qualified for. You don’t fall into Friendship like some fall in love. Never Create Friendships over vocations or hobbies…

My requirements for relationship:
A)    MY FRIENDS MUST BE COMMITTED TO LONG LASTING RELATIONSHIPS.
B)    MY FRIENDS MUST HAVE EMPIRES IN THEIR BRAINS.
C)    MY FRIENDS MUST BE SOWERS.
D)    MY FRIENDS MUST QUALIFY TO RECEIVE MY SEED.
E)    MY FRIENDS MUST PRIZE INTEGRITY ABOVE RELATIONSHIP.
F)    MUST BE WILLING TO CONFRONT MY ENEMIES.

8.    BALANCE
The Key To Life Rests In The Delicate Arms Of Balance
Prov. 11:1 ¶ A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, But a just weight is His delight.

9.    GENEROSITY
Your Seed Of Today Creates Your Harvest Of Tomorrow
Luke 6:38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
2Cor. 9:6-10 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

10.    PURPOSE
True Leaders Only Take The Steps That Move Them Closer To Their Final Destination.
FOUR NECESSARY STEPS:
•    DEVELOP A VISION
•    BE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR ABOUT YOUR VISION (WRITE IT OUT)
•    STRATEGIZE A PLAN OF ACTION (HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GET THERE?)
•    USE TIME AS A VEHICLE TO TAKE YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION
PEOPLE WILL ALWAYS FOLLOW A MAN WITH A VISION.

11.    HUMILITY
Greatness Becomes Ours The Moment We Become Small In Our Own Eyes
HUMILITY: THE QUALITY OF BEING MODEST OR RESPECTFUL; UNASSUMING IN ATTITUDE OR BEHAVIOR, SHOWING RESPECT OR DEFERENCE FOR OTHERS, TO MAKE ONESELF LOW IN RANK WITHOUT PRETENSION…
1Sam. 15:17 So Samuel said, “When you were little in your own eyes, were you not head of the tribes of Israel? And did not the LORD anoint you king over Israel?
James 4:6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says:  “God resists the proud,  But gives grace to the humble.”
James 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

AS LEADERS – HUMULITY IS THE KEY TO PROMOTIONS – BY GOD.
God promotes those who are humble not those who know it all.
